Return and Refund Policy

At Klyro Compress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your knee sleeve, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at klyrocompresshelp@outlook.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo of the product in its current condition. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a defective product, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Simply contact us with your order details and we will arrange the exchange promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at klyrocompresshelp@outlook.com and we will investigate the matter.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your knee sleeve arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including covering any return shipping costs.
